How is it possible that if you make the slightest change to the way you eat, you will get the biggest benefits out of it? I wish someone had discovered this earlier, it would have saved so many ice cream tubes, nerves and husbandsheads. 

 

It has now been shown through studies that eating food in a certain order will help you avoid glucose level spikes. Why is this important? Because if the glucose spikes, it will cause you to crave more sugary foods. And when it crushes after the spike, you will feel nautious, tired, exhausted and nervous. The PMS will get worse too. It is much more beneficial to your body and your mind to have a steady glucose level throughout the day 

 

How? It is really very easy:

 

  • Eat vegetables first 
  •  Eat protein next
  •  Eat carbs last
  • Eat sweet foods after a meal only.

 

That’s it! The fiber from vegetables will even out the next food items and you will feel satiated and happy after your meal. You can have your dessert too, just eat it after the meal. So simple 

 

I have been following these hacks for 1,5 years now and I can honestly say I have never felt better. My PMS have even balanced a bit, which is certainly appreciated in my household. Such a tiny change can change a lot. Just eat your food in the right order.
