The secret food industry doesn’t want you to know




Have you learned that in order to stay satiated throughout the day you need to eat frequently and keep you blood sugar levels even? Are you trying to avoid becoming ’hangry’? We have been told that people become angry when hungry because their blood sugar level drops between meals, so it is recommended to eat snacks, before any murders accur. 


Let me tell you something: this is a scam! Our bodies do not need food every 3-4 hours. In fact, we have ruined our metabolism process with snacking. Our bodies live off constant food intake instead of using the resources stored in us (aka fat). When we feed our body all the time, it will not use fat for energy - it will only use the snacks coming in. And it will keep craving for more.

 

And what is the real reason behind feeling hangry? It’s that these snacks raise our glucose levels, giving us a sugar rush, after which the drop is terrible and we are left feeling naucious, ill, angry, hungry and craving for more. The bad cycle is complete.

 

So the secret the food industry does not want you to know is: you do not need any snacks. You don’t need protein bars, yogurts, smoothies, cereals, not even fruits. What you need is a proper meal at breakfast, lunch and dinner. That’s it. Save your body, save your money and your health - forget snacking. Eat real food instead.
